Happynest is a nice venture. But, a rebate of around 15% of the cost may be allowed if the total amount of the flat is paid at the time of aggreement itself. It appears that there is a good response for this venture and hence, similar projects at the neighbourhood are to be promoted for the benifit of public.
The Amaravati capital city should also mirror Andhra’s rich cultural heritage as well as its mellifluous
literary grandeur. So we vehemently request to name ‘ అమర ధామ సముదాయం’ or (అమర గృహశ్రేణి) instead of the so called happy nest. The word nest is not at all apt as regards our culture. Nearly
one crore rupees could be afforded to occupy it.It is undoubtedly hard- earned money for middle class citizens. is not it shameful to call it a nest, of a lifetime achievement ? Nest means an abode of birds or insects. Even English language lovers can not like this word, as it reveals the relegated status. More over , the Government seems to give trivial precedence for enterprising Andhra’s culture and language.In the word ‘amara dhaama’ — the word ‘amara’ always stands as the historical relic of Amaravati. We are sanguine about the government will change all possible foreign names into telugu, at the outset, to avoid certain embarrassing agitations in future.
