An unique feature of this measure undertaken is that NIGHA App is available round the clock and all the complaints will be attended to by dedicated staff.

Every citizen will have to enter his Mobile Number for getting access to the NIGHA APP and register his complaint and the status will updated immediately on acting on it. Nigha APP Features

The app was developed by the Panchayat Raj department, in a bid to crackdown on electoral malpractices. Through the app, common citizens can lodge complaints on poll malpractices from any part of the State. Officials said any citizen can download the NIGHA App in their smart phones. “The photos and videos of distribution of money and alcohol and any other activity that violates Model Code of Conduct can be uploaded through this app,” officials said.

The complaints registered through this app will be routed automatically to the Central Control Room and the information will be shared with the officials concerned, who will take stringent action against the persons responsible for the violations. 

Officials said the app was launched in addition to the measures taken up by State Election Commission and police department to curb malpractices in the local body elections.

The State government had earlier brought an ordinance to make amendments to the AP Panchayat Raj Act to act stringently against flow of money and liquor in elections. Irrespective of the party affiliation, the candidates who violate the MCC will have to face imprisonment of two to three years and disqualification.

AP Sand Booking Online Portal Registration, Login: In the state of Andhra Pradesh, the Government launched online bookings for sand. The Andhra Pradesh Mineral Development Corporation Limited (APMDC) launched the sand booking services. Through this portal, the people can order the required amount of sand; and the sand will be supplied at the ordered place with a reasonable cost. To avoid the sand mafia in the state, the APMDC launched sand booking online for the citizen of AP.

APMDC makes arrangements to supply sand directly to the area where the sand is booked online. One can book sand from any part of the state by going to APMDC Sand Portal. To this end, the government has formulated a new policy framework for sand supply. The YS Jaganmohan Reddy government has abolished the old policy and created a new policy to increase transparency. YSR Government has implemented this Government portal to stop the sand mafia, which has been implemented by the TDP leaders from the past 5 years. Without keeping much extra burden on the public and at the same time to raise the Government revenue, the YSR Government has launched this new policy. With its agenda of transparency, the new government has decided to keep the sand dunes out of the hands of private persons and be under the government’s control of the Andhra Pradesh Sand System (Framework) – 2019. It will be sent to the Chief Minister for scrutiny and will be approved. Subsequently, the new policy will be implemented with the approval of the Cabinet with the approval of the GO.

Consumers are invited to register themselves on the portal for online booking of sand. Based on their requirements Consumers have been classified into 2 categories –

  1. General Consumer and 
  2. Bulk Consumer

Procedure for Ordering Sand (Registration) – General Consumer

Definition: Any individual who intends to purchase sand for domestic/personal use, such as construction of personal house, repairs etc. is classified as “General Consumer”.

Maximum permissible quantity: A “General Consumer” is eligible to purchase a maximum quantity of 500 metric tonnes of Sand in a period of 12 months, provided the required sand quantity is certified by relevant authorities.

  • Enter Consumer details like Name, District, Rural/Urban, Mandal/Municipality, Grama panchayat/Ward, Address/Door no,Land mark/Street nam, Pincode, Mail Id and click on “NEXT” button.

Procedure for Ordering Sand (Registration) – Bulk Consumer

Definition: All other categories of consumers, who are not classified as “General Consumer” shall be classified as “Bulk Consumer”. this will include real estate developers, private contractors, Government departments and similar large consumers of sand.

Maximum permissible quantity: There is no Maximum Permission Quantity which can be purchased by Bulk Consumers. However, Bulk consumers need to get their required sand quantity certified by competent authorities.

Step 2: GST Numbeer Verification:

  • Enter GST number and clik on “GET GST DETAILS” button.

Step 3: Registered address:

Name of the compamny(As per GST), Trade name(As per GST),Mobile number(As per GST), Address(As per GST) will be auto populated.

Step 4: Confirmation:

Click on declaration check box, “REGISTRATION” button will be enabled. To submit the data click on “REGISTRATION” button. You are registered successfully and User ID will be sent to registered Mobile number.

  • Consumer needs to bring the sand order receipt along with his own vehicle to the stockyard within 3 days from placing the order.

Those who are planning to book the sand can visit on the APMDC Sand Portal for booking, with detailed information. It also shows how much sand is stored in any stockyard in the state. Sand supplies can be booked from the stockyard in the vicinity. For example, Krishna district Nandigama residents can book from Nandigama Stock Yard if they want the sand. This makes transport costs much lower. Based on the price of diesel and other factors, the APMDC officials decide the rate of transport of sand. With the specified costs, the sand transport vehicles can be registered through the APMDC portal.

When you click on the sand from any Reach, the price will be shown on the screen. The amount can be paid through debit card/credit card/online net banking or other procedures directly to the state government treasury. Soon, after the payment, a receipt will be generated about the sand booking. On APMDC Sand transport portal the information of transport vehicles will be clearly visible as seen by the Ola cars/autos booked through the app. We can select the nearby vehicle to supply the sand to the required place.

All the money paid online for the sand goes to the state treasury. The government pays the user agency, APMDC, some of the money for operating expenses, including the cost of quarrying the sand to the stockyard. The rest will be used for public welfare programs.

YSR Kapu Nestham Status: Andhra Pradesh State Government has brought the YSR Kapu Neshtam scheme into the practicality. The scheme was promised by AP Chief Minister YS Rajasekhar Reddy as part of the Navaratnalu scheme. The AP State Government has started the process of preparing the list of YSR Kapu Nestham Beneficiaries.

YSR Kapu Nestham Status, Beneficiary list (District Wise)

The AP State Government has announced the YSR Kapu Nestham beneficiaries list of eligible women on Monday, 6th January. The grievances and objections will be accepted until 9th January. The details will be verified thoroughly, and the revised list for YSR Kapu Nestham will be released. On 10th January, the Government is going to conduct the meetings at the village, and ward secretariats to finalize the Kapu Neshtham scheme eligible people’s list.

While, as per the recent declaration mentioned on 6th January, the Government announced the beneficiaries list with 2,56,650 candidate’s names. If any of the applicants are ineligible to get the YSR Kapu Nestham benefits, they can check all the details with clear information for ineligibility from the village and ward secretariats.

YSR Kapu Nestam Online Registration, Eligibility, Application Form in Telugu: Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has introduced the YSR Kapu Nestham scheme to empower the women belongs to the Kapu community. The scheme was launched on 28th January 2020. Initially, the YSR Kapu Nestham scheme was suggested in March 2019 and approved in November. Under this scheme, the women belong to the Kapu community to get the financial benefit of Rs 15,000 per year. Women under 45 to 60 years will get this annual financial support from the Government. To financially empower the Kapu women, the Kapu Nestham scheme was introduced by the AP Government. Under this scheme, Kapu category women who are struggling for the livelihood will be given the financial support by the Government.

OPERATIONAL GUIDELINES FOR THE SCHEME “YSR KAPU NESTHAM”

Government launch a New Scheme “YSR KAPU NESTHAM” to empower Kapu women financially aged above 45 years and below 60 years by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards.

I. Title of the Scheme

The scheme is proposed to be called as “YSR KAPU NESTHAM”.

II. Objective of the Scheme

The objective of the scheme is to financially empower Kapu women above 45 years of age by enhancing their livelihood opportunities and living standards, by offering financial assistance.

III. Financial Assistance under the Scheme

The women belonging to Kapu community and are aged above 45 years and below 60 years shall be given a financial assistance of Rs.75,000/- at Rs.15,000/- per annum over a five year period by the Government.

IV. Budget Estimates for 2019-2020

The above expenditure will be met from the B.E. 2019-20, as the Government has allotted Rs.1101.69 Cr. vide G.O.Rt.No.1590, Finance (FMUWelfare-II) Department, dt: 20.09.2019.

YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme Eligibility Criteria

The following eligibility criteria shall be followed for identifying the beneficiaries of the scheme:

a. The beneficiary should belong to the Kapu community (Kapu, Balija, Telaga and Ontari Communities)

b. The beneficiary must meet the following criteria in order to become eligible for financial assistance under this scheme.

Family: The definition of Family according to the scheme includes Father, Mother and dependent Children only.

Total Family: Income Total family Income should be less than Rs.10,000/- per month in Rural areas and Rs.12,000/- per month in Urban areas.

Total family Land holding: Total land holding of the family should be less than 3.00 Ac. of Wet (or) 10 Ac. of Dry land (or) 10 Acres of land put together for this purpose.

Government Employee/ Pensioner: No family member should be a Government employee or Government pensioner. The families of Sanitary employees are exempted.

Four Wheeler: Family should not own a four wheeler (Taxis,Tractors, Autos are exempted).

Income Tax: No family member should be an income tax payee.

Municipal property: In Municipal areas, a family who owns no property /less than 750 sq. feet of built up area (Residential or commercial) is eligible.

Age: 45 – 60 Years, should have completed 45 years of age and less than 60 years as on the date of the issue of Government Order for the scheme.

Date of Birth Proof:

1. Integrated Caste Certificate (which includes Caste, DoB & Nativity).

2. Birth Certificate/Xth Marks Sheet.

3. Voter ID card.

4. Pension Card issued by GoAP.

c. The beneficiary should possess a valid Aadhaar card on her name. The beneficiary should furnish details of an unencumbered bank account opened in her name in any of the Scheduled Commercial Banks for crediting the financial assistance.

Beneficiary Identification, Approval and Sanction Process

All eligible beneficiaries under this scheme shall be identified through the following process:

a) Identification of the eligible beneficiaries shall be carried out, on the ground level by a door to door survey conducted by the Village Volunteers in villages and Ward Volunteers in ULBs.

b) The identification of beneficiaries under the scheme is made in a foolproof manner, so as to ensure selection of only the eligible beneficiaries.

c) The following data will be captured as part of the enumeration: 1. Name

2. Aadhaar Number of Beneficiary

3. Name of the Head of the Family

4. Aadhaar number of Head of the family

5. Proof of Caste

6. Proof of Date of Birth

7. Total Family Income

8. Unencumbered Bank Account Number / IFSC Code /Bank Name

9. Copy of Bank Pass Book

10.Vehicle Number – in case of possession of four wheelers (other than hire vehicles)

11. Details of land holding of family (Nature – Wet/Dry, Extent – in acres) –

12.Size of Property in Municipal Area (<= 750 Sq.ft)

13.Details of employment in Government (Salaried/Pensioner)

d) The Village / Ward Volunteers shall adhere to the eligibility criteria while identifying the beneficiaries.

e) The lists of the beneficiaries prepared by the Village Volunteers shall be validated by the Welfare Assistant and pushed to the respective MPDO/Municipal Commissioner for scrutiny. The MPDOs / Municipal Commissioners concerned shall peruse and scrutinize the beneficiary lists and proofs and then forward to the EDs of BC Corporation who in turn sends to the respective District Collector for approval.

f) The District Collectors shall verify the beneficiary list, approve the same and forwards to the Managing Director, A.P State Kapu Welfare & Development Corporation, for sanction of the amount.

g) Approved list shall be displayed in the Village / Ward Secretariat for Social Audit.

h) The Managing Director, A.P State Kapu Welfare & Development Corporation shall verify the district-wise lists of the beneficiaries and sanction the amounts based on the budget available.

Payment Remittance Process

a) Upon sanction of the amount by the Managing Director, AP State Kapu Welfare & Development Corporation, the amount as decided by the stated policy, shall be remitted into the bank accounts of the beneficiaries.

b) Upon successful remittance of the amount, SMS shall be sent to the mobile phones of the beneficiaries, intimating them the remittance of the amount.

c) Payment Remittance Acknowledgements shall be generated at the Village / Ward Secretariats and the same shall be handed over to the beneficiaries concerned, by the Village / Ward Volunteers concerned along with the message of the Hon’ble Chief Minister in the form of a letter.

Monitoring Mechanism

A separate web application shall be developed and hosted in the website of APKWDC to facilitate systematic implementation of the scheme.

Entire process from the beneficiary identification till the sanction shall be carried out through this web application.

a. Initial data capture shall be carried out in this web application, in prescribed screens and specific formats.

b. Subsequent validation by scrutiny by MPDO / Municipal Commissioner/ ED., BC Corporation, approvals by the District Collectors and sanction by the MD, Kapu Corporation shall also be carried out electronically, through digital signatures.

c. Payments are made electronically into the savings bank accounts of the beneficiaries, centrally by the APKWDC.

d. The District Collectors concerned as well as the MD,APKWDC, shall monitor and review the implementation of this scheme at its various stages.

e. The beneficiary lists shall be displayed in the Village/Ward Secretariats concerned for the purpose of social audit.

f. The A.P Centre for Financial Systems and Services(APCFSS) shall provide required technical support in design, development, deployment and maintenance of the software application required for implementation of the scheme.

  • Kapu Nestham scheme was introduced to offer financial support for women belongs to the Kapu community.
  • Women above 45 years of age can get financial support from the Government.
  • The scheme was introduced to enhance the livelihood opportunities and living standards of Kapu Women.

Registration Process – YSR Kapu Nestam Scheme in AP

E Karshak App Andhra Pradesh Registration Process & Benefits: If a farmer’s crop was destroyed due to natural disasters or any other cause, it is the biggest trouble for the farmer. Unfortunately, every year farmers face a similar situation. However, the government is implementing insurance schemes to provide them with social security. In the past, the government offered the convenience of registering insurance at home without having to go around government offices through just an app, which is an E-karshak app.

E Karshak App Andhra Pradesh Registration Process & Benefits

Farmers do not have to turn around service centers and banks in the coming days. Crop details have to be registered in the e-karshak app at the farm staff, the crop insurance will be applicable. The Ministry of Agriculture is planning to adopt this new policy from this Rabi season. The state agriculture ministry has released new guidelines on crop insurance.

Until last year, farmers paid insurance premiums to the agency selected under Prime Minister Fazalbima. The state government then decided to pay the premium for the farmers. The government has registered the names of eligible farmers in last Kharif season. However, the official registrations of for the rabi crop insurance in November this year was not open … Keeping all this in mind, the government has also made changes to the registration process. The Government has said that the farmers who had registered with the E-Karshak app will get the crop insurance benefits for rabi and kharif seasons.

E-Karshak App Registration Process

Farmers can register their crops through the e-karshak app during the Kharif and Rabi season. The subsidy schemes implemented by the Agriculture Department are based on this. Farmers should go to the village secretariat and register the mobile app. A nodal officer will be appointed in the JDA office to oversee the process. Comprehensive information entry options are provided in the app for what it is: intercrops, orchards, vegetable cultivation, first, two and three crops.

  • With the coordination of the VAA / HA / SAA and VRO in the Village Secretariat, the farmers in their area have to submit the details of the crops they have planted in the mobile app.
  • Registration should be done individually during the Kharif, Rabi and summer harvest season.
  • Concerned village secretariat officers should monitor the registered data and have to update periodically and declare the progress.
  • After the supervision of the officer assigned to the JDA office, the designated officer of the district JDA office continues to inform the commissioner’s office.

E-Karshak App Benefits

  • The farmers who are getting credit from the banks no need to approach the banks from now. Those who do not have a loan do not need to register at the Common Residence Center.
  • No need to pay a premium for any of the banks.
  • If banks collect the insurance premium from the crop loan after October 1, 2019, it will be repaid to the farmers. The banks will refund the premium collected from the farmers if they are credited to the company.
  • All eligible claims are credited directly to the concerned cultivator’s Aadhaar bank account.

Department of Agriculture as the nodal agency

The Agriculture Department has been selected as the nodal agency for the implementation of the new policy. Before joining the crop insurance scheme, the details of the Aadhaar card of the cultivator are recorded in the Android app called e-karshak. For that, the deadline was fixed. For Rabu season it is January 31 deadline and for all the rest of the crops, the deadline will be 15 February. E-Karshak app contains the information of its own farmer and tenant farmer.

The applications for financial assistance of Rs 10,000 per annum to the self-owned auto, taxi and maxi cab drivers to meet the expenses towards insurance, fitness certificates and repairs will be accepted from September 14, 2019. Eligible Drivers Can Apply Online at official website i.e., aptransport.org.

Government have assured that financial assistance of Rs.10,000/- per annum will be given to Self owned Auto/Taxi Drivers for expenditure towards insurance, fitness certificate, repairs and other requirements. The Transport Commissioner vide letters read above has furnished guidelines and procedure to be followed for disbursing financial assistance of Rs.10,000/- per annum to Self owned Auto/Taxi/Maxi cab drivers. Government after careful examination of the matter hereby agree to provide financial assistance of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) per annum to Self owned Auto/Taxi/Maxi cab Drivers for expenditure towards insurance, fitness certificate, repairs and other requirements. Government also notifies the following guidelines for eligibility, application, verification, sanction and payment for financial assistance to self owned auto/taxi/Maxi cab drivers:

Financial Assistance to Self Owned Auto, Taxi, Maxi Cab Drivers

Eligibility:

1. The applicant shall “own” and “drive” an Auto rickshaw / Taxi / Maxi Cab.

2. The applicant shall posses a valid driving licence to drive Auto rickshaw / Light Motor vehicle

3. The vehicle (Auto rickshaw / Taxi / Maxi Cab) shall be covered with valid records like Registration Certificate and tax in case of LT Cabs.

4. Family will be eligible to get benefit for one auto or Taxi or Maxi cab. Family is defined as Husband, Wife and minor children.

5. Each applicant shall have an Aadhaar card.

6. The owner must possess BPL/white ration Card.

7. At the time of application, the vehicle shall be in the possession of the owner.

  • The registered owner will be asked to link Aadhaar number to his vehicle, driving licence database in Transport Department website and to open an “unencumbered” bank account within a period of 15 days. This is to ensure that one person will get benefit for one vehicle only.
  • The Village volunteer/Ward volunteer will help the beneficiary to open an unencumbered bank account.
  • An online application will be made available by 14th September. All the DTC/RTO/MVI Transport offices will provide help counters to facilitate filing of online application and linking of Aadhaar number.

Verification & Sanction:

The applications will be sent to village / ward volunteers through Village Secretariat / Commissioner of Municipality and Municipal Corporation by the Collector. Once the genuinity of application is verified, Municipal Commissioner in Urban areas and MPDO in Rural areas will take approval of the Collector and upload to CFMS database portal. Once the grama / ward Secretariat comes into operation starting next year, grama / ward secretariat will be the nodal point, for verification and uploading for eventual approval by the Collector.

Payment :

Based on the details available in the CFMS portal, the Transport Commissioner will prefer a consolidated bill for all eligible beneficiaries approved by the Collectors, submit to the treasury for verification and arranging payment to the bank account of the beneficiary.

Door Delivery :

Once the amount is credited into bank account, Village / Ward Volunteer will door deliver the “payment receipt” and message of Hon’ble Chief Minister to the beneficiary.

PM Kisan Mandhan Yojna Telugu, How to Apply : రైతులకు పెట్టుబడి సాయంగా ఏడాదికి రూ.6వేలు ఇస్తోంది. ఎక్కువమంది చిన్న, మధ్యతరహా రైతులు ఉన్నారు. కాబట్టి ఇది ఎక్కువమందికి లబ్ధి చేకూరుస్తోంది. రూ.2వేల చొప్పున మూడు పర్యాయాలు ఏడాదికి రూ.6వేలు ఇస్తోంది. అలాగే, రైతులకు ప్రధానమంత్రి కిసాన్ మాన్-ధన్ యోజన (PM-KMY) పేరుతో పెన్షన్ పథకాన్ని కూడా తీసుకు వచ్చింది.
