World Cup Fever started all around the world among cricket lovers it will kick begun the cricket season with the Asia Cup 2016 in which India is making a stunning performance in all formats. Presently it’s time for ICC T20 Worldcup which will be diverting us soon in the coming days. The First Round matches are planned for 8th March 2016 to 13h March 2016.

After the first round of matches, India will be hosting New Zealand in Super 10 matches and the Semi Finals will happen on 30th March and 31st March.

India is doing amazingly well and the group is solid with great batting and rocking the bowling alley line up. Other solid groups like Sri Lanka, Australia, England and South Africa which made a decent showing in the late times. India will be leading by Mahendra Singh Dhoni with an awesome set of players.


Ten groups qualified naturally through their status as full individuals from the International Cricket Council while another six will qualify in light of the 2015 World Twenty20 Qualifier. An aggregate of Seven Indian Cities will have the matches this year.

The format of the 2016 World Twenty20 will be same like 2014 world cup. There will be a preparatory group stage from where two group winners will join other 8 groups in super 8.

This will be the second time that we will see 16 teams in the world cup, 10 test countries will automatically fit the bill for world cup while there will be 6 groups going along with them on the world cup finals through 2015 ICC World Twenty20 Qualifier.

There will be a preparatory group stage of 6 qualified groups and 2 most reduced test positioned groups isolated into two groups of 4 groups every, group winnerswill qualify and join other main 8 groups in the super 10 rivalries.

In Super 10 group stage 10 groups will be separated into 2 groups of 5 groups each with each group playing 4 matches (1 match against each group in the group) where main 2 groups from both groups making it to the elimination rounds(Semi-Finals).
