YSR Arogyasri Hospitals List: The Government of Andhra Pradesh is implementing Dr. YSR Aarogyasri throughout the State for treating identified serious ailments requiring hospitalization. The scheme provides financial protection and End to End cashless treatment to families living below poverty line up to Rs. 2.5 lakhs in a year. The objective of the scheme is to improve health access to the BPL families with quality medical care services through an identified network of health care providers-i.e. Network Hospitals (NWH). A total of 1038 (Surgical & Medical) procedures are identified in all specialties to cover under the scheme.

YSR Arogyasri Hospitals – Govt, Private Hospitals and Hyderabad, Bengaluru, Chennai Hospitals list

The government issued an order on Saturday expanding the Dr. YSR Aarogyasri scheme, covering 17 superspecialties and involving 716 procedures, to the empanelled hospitals in Bengaluru, Chennai and Hyderabad from November 1.

The identified Network Hospitals are required to implement Dr. YSR Aarogyasri scheme sponsored by state government as per the Guidelines issued by the Trust duly following standard treatment protocols / Medical ethics.

In order to ensure that the service providers to give quality medical care under the scheme certain minimum standards for the hospitals to be empanelled are defined as described below:

In the circumstances reported by the Chief Executive Officer, Dr. Y.S.R.Aarogyasri Health Care Trust in his letter read above, Government after examination of the matter, hereby issue the following guidelines as eligibility criteria for issuance of Dr.YSR Aarogyasri Health Cards to the people belong to different income groups of Andhra Pradesh:-

1) All Rice Card Holders are eligible.

2) Families which are eligible for YSR Pension Kanuka Card and Jagananna Vidya and Vasathi Deevena Card are also eligible.

ఇతర కుటుంబాలకు, ఈ క్రింది ప్రమాణాలు వర్తిస్తాయి.

* 12 ఎకరాల కన్నా తక్కువ తడి భూమి.. 35 ఎకరాల కన్నా తక్కువ పొడి భూమి ఉన్న భూ యజమానులు అర్హులు.

* తడి, పొడి భూములు కలిపి మొత్తం 35 ఎకరాల కన్నా తక్కువ ఉన్న వారందరూ అర్హులు .

* రూ.5 లక్షలోపు వార్షిక ఆదాయం ఉన్నవాళ్లు అర్హసులు.

* రూ.5 లక్షల వరకు ఆదాయపు పన్ను దాఖలు చేస్తున్న కుటుంబాలు అర్హులు.

* 3000 ఎస్‌ఎఫ్‌టీ (334 చదరపు Yds) కన్నా తక్కువ ప్రాంతానికి మున్సిపల్ ఆస్తి పన్ను చెల్లించే కుటుంబాలకు వర్తింపు.

* రూ.5 లక్షలోపు వార్షిక ఆదాయం ఉన్న అవుట్ సో ర్సింగ్, కాంట్రాక్ట్, పార్ట్‌టైమ్ ఉద్యోగులు, పారిశుద్ధ్య కార్మికులు అర్హులు.

* ప్రభుత్వ రంగంలో పనిచేస్తున్న గౌరవ వేతనం ఆధారిత ఉద్యోగులు, ప్రైవేట్ రంగ ఉద్యోగులు అర్హులు.

* కుటుంబంలో ఒక కారు ఉన్నా వైఎస్సార్‌ ఆరోగ్య శ్రీ పథకం వర్తింపు.

* కుటుంబంలో ఒక కారు కన్నా ఎక్కువగా ఉంటే పథకానికి అనర్హులు.

For other families, the following criteria are applicable.

(i) Land owners holding:

a) Less than 12.00 Acres of wet land

b) Less than 35.00 Acres of dry land

c) Total less than 35.00 Acres (Wet & Dry)

(ii) Annual income of the Households:

a) All households whose annual income is less than or up to Rs.5.00 Lakhs (Salary certificate evidence)

b) Income Tax Payers: Families who are filing Income Tax Returns for annual income up to Rs.5.00 Lakhs are eligible (Income Tax Return evidence).

(iii) Municipal Property Tax Payers:

All households paying Municipal Property Tax for the area less than 3000 SFT (334 Sq. Yds)

(iv) Employees

Any employee, other than permanent Government employee/ pensioner, whose annual income is less than or upto Rs.5.00 Lakhs is eligible. It includes outsourcing, Contract, Part time employees, Sanitary workers, Honorarium based employees working in Government sector and employees of Private sector.

(v) Families/Households not having more than one personal car.
