Superstar Salman Khan, who is known for his Muscle pack body, says he has Immense “Respect” for Reliance Industries owner Mukesh Ambani’s most youngest son Anant, who experienced a major weight reduction session in an only year and a half.

Salman Khan, who is at present preparing for his upcoming Mixed Martial Arts Film “Sultan”, tweeted: “So happy to see Anant Ambani, lots of respect and so happy for him. Takes a lot of willpower to lose 108 kg in 18 months.”
Salman khan also imparted a selfie of himself along to the 21-year-old. In the photo shared on the small scale blogging site, Salman is seen brandishing a dark shirt while Anant looks smart in a high contrast polo neck T-shirt.

Indeed, even Indian Skipper Mahendra Singh Dhoni prior praised Anant’s “discipline and determination” over shedding pounds. Anant lost a normal of six kgs consistently – and that as well, the characteristic way, an authority said on Saturday.
For this, similar to his renowned family, he kept an “objective” – losing fat and getting completely fit by his 21st birthday, and accomplished it. To adhere to his dedication, he took after a strict regimen of zero-sugar, low-carb diet, alongside sufficient admission of fat and protein.
According to DC reports, he followed a very strict diet and exercised for about five-six hours daily.
As a child, Anant suffered from chronic asthma and his heavy medication lead to the drastic weight gain. There are many rumours about Anant undergoing a gastric bypass surgery, reportedly he chose the natural way and worked hard to loose weight. He maintained a strict diet. Apart from diet he used to regular practice yoga, cardio exercises
Anant also used to exercise 5-6 hours a day. From walking 21-km to doing yoga, Anant did it all with patience and motivation. His routine also included weight, training, functional training and high-intensity cardio exercise.
